I Merged My Blogs!!!

Basically how I felt when I finally merged 🙂 Image via google

I had two blogs on WordPress and decided it was too much work and finally merged them tonight. Yay me!

So yes, there’s content you may have missed so go on and take a peek at what you may have missed out on. I can guarantee it is interesting. LOL.

The other blog had an actual theme going which is why I struggled with deciding on whether to merge the two or not. However, it has been suffering because this platform has been my primary where as it was secondary.

So today I decided to just merge the two. It’s not like I have an actual theme for this blog anyway so why not.

The other blog was titled the irony of the sympathetic nerve and it chronicled my life living with hyperhidrosis and how it affects the littlest of tasks. It was easier to have it on its own platform as it had a whole theme going but keeping up with one has been challenging so you can imagine what it is with two.

The introduction of The Irony of The Sympathetic Nerve was an essay I did for a class, a memoir and I figured, hey, I wrote this, might as well use this on my blog which I did. I broke it down in about seven parts to make for easy reading for you guys because I care about you all.

If you are wondering why the title, The Irony of the Sympathetic Nerve, in a nut shell, hyperhidrosis, which I suffer from, causes you to sweat profusely from orifices in your body.

Some people only suffer from localized hyperhidrosis which basically means its restricted to one area, lets say your hands. I wasn’t that lucky. Basically every body part that can produce sweat produces sweat. Immensely.

But it’s mostly my hands and feet growing up that were problematic. And as I get older, my armpits are presenting issues, and other body parts that will be blogged about later. And all this is caused by the sympathetic nerve. Read about it here. That’s where I start chronicling about it.

Anyway, now you know another piece of the puzzle that makes up this self proclaimed no ordinary gal. Happy reading and do comment. I enjoy hearing from you guys.

About KayCee

The About Me section is always the hardest part for me to do. I never seem to know how to fill it in but I will try. Here goes; I am a fun loving person who also happens to be somewhat anti-social. This is not deliberate, I just lack social skills. Anyway, I love to write about pretty much anything but I have dedicated this page to talking about my life with hyperhidrosis and how it affects the most mundane tasks. I love laughing. It can be annoying because people think I don't take them seriously when I laugh but I do. Laughter works as defense mechanism when I feel cornered or just cannot give an answer right away. Or when I really feel the need to laugh :) I am usually quiet til I know you. A bit of a cynic but I always try to see the good in people. I still believe in humanity at the same time wondering if we will make it. I am a walking contradiction apparently. And that is it about me. Happy reading! :)
